Attorney General Merrick Garland has instructed the FBI to mobilize against parents expressing their opposition to mask mandates, vaccine mandates and the teaching of Critical Race Theory in public schools, citing “threats.” The memorandum, which did not cite any credible threats or acts of violence, follows the National School Board Association’s request to classify parental protests as “domestic terrorism“. The FBI will be working to turn dissent, differences of opinion related to education, into a federal crime. The perversion of the mission and the power of the United States Department of Justice cannot be overstated.
Garland’s memorandum stated “In the coming days, the Department will announce a series of measures designed to address the rise in criminal conduct directed toward school personnel.” Criminal conduct? What crimes have been perpetrated against school boards or teachers?
Yes, people can show up at city council or school board meetings and lose their temper. That does not mean that they do not have a legitimate complaint, or that it should be viewed as an “act of violence.” Any credible threats against an elected official should be reported to LOCAL law enforcement. Inserting the force of the federal government is not an appropriate use of the National Security Division designed to conduct “counterterrorism and counterespionage” operations against foreign adversaries – crimes that threaten the nation – not parents speaking up to defend their children.
Lines of Communication for Threat Reporting
The FBI will be coordinating with federal, state, local, Tribal and territorial leaders in every federal judicial district. These meetings will “facilitate the discussion of strategies for addressing threats against school administrators, board members, teachers, and staff, and will open dedicated lines of communication for threat reporting, assessment, and response.” What an incredible, wasteful allocation of federal resources of personnel, time and money.
Building a formal method of reporting on your neighbor is nothing new for tyrannical governments. As the Nazis worked to consolidate their power and build a cohesive “national community,” suppression of dissent played a key role. In 1933, the Nazis issued a decree that required Germans to turn in anyone who spoke against the party, its leaders, or the government.
The Obama campaign launched a website called Attack Watch which urged people to report anyone who gossiped about, smeared, or attacked the president. During the healthcare reform, Obama started a separate website which urged American citizens to report people who opposed this legislation. This website urged people who engaged other people in a casual conversation about Obamacare to report that person if they held a position which the Administration felt was an “untruth”, meaning anyone who opposed the legislation.
On June 15, 2021, a Senior Biden White House official discussed pathways and avenues for asking citizens to be involved in reporting behaviors that might be deemed “radical”. Informing the government of anything you perceive as radical is a lot different from reporting a crime. It encourages citizens to turn each other in based solely on their political leanings. Interestingly, much of the language in that discussion is very close – almost verbatim – to the current memorandum by the DOJ.
Also mentioned in this strategy call . . “I wonder if you could talk a little bit about why this strategy doesn’t take a position on what may be the biggest public policy question in the domestic terrorism arena, which is whether there should be a new statute criminalizing domestic terrorism. And then, also, could you talk about what is going to be the inevitable criticism on the right — that this strategy calls for using the tools of counterterrorism against, essentially, far-right extremists? Even though you’re saying it’s going to be ideologically neutral, we’re already hearing a lot of rhetoric from Republicans and Trump supporters who fear that that’s not the case.”
And there it is. The confrontations between parents and school boards may be what the DOJ is stating as the impetus for federal intervention, but it has been in discussion for months. (Once again, the difference between conspiracy theory and truth is roughly 3-6 months.) The Biden Regime is targeting political opponents and using the might of the federal government to abolish the First Amendment by classifying dissent as “domestic terrorism” and turning it into a crime.
Turning the Tables on Garland
AG Garland is now under scrutiny for a conflict of interest with Facebook and Critical Race Theory after a parents group revealed that his daughter is married to the co-founder of an education company funded by Mark Zuckerberg, which allegedly employs Critical Race Theory in its work. His daughter, Rebecca Garland, is married to Xan Tanner, the co-founder of Boston-based Panorama Education, a company that collects social and emotional data from students in grades K to 12. Panorama got a $2 million contract with Fairfax County Public Schools to conduct social and emotional learning monitoring on students, the report said.
“Oh what a tangled web we weave when first we practice to deceive.” – Walter Scott
Spirit of Jezebel
Biden’s DOJ coming out against parents is solely for the purpose of intimidation. Neither the Attorney General’s memo nor the full Justice Department press release cites any significant, credible threat. This is a blatant suppression tactic, designed to dissuade citizens from participating in the democratic process at school boards.
Who is best known for threats, manipulation and intimidation from scripture? Jezebel. Remember that Jezebel did not have to kill Elijah to get him to abandon his mission. (I Kings 19) She simply had to threaten and intimidate him, (through a third party messenger) creating enough fear and hopelessness to get him to quit. She won without lifting a finger. The enemy wants us paralyzed with fear and discouragement. Don’t allow yourself to abandon the fight.
Hold the Line
- Continue attending school board meetings to listen and speak
- Run for school board – It’s harder than it looks. But that should not stop you from being willing to serve.
- Volunteer to help someone else running for school board.
- If you have concerns or your concerns aren’t being addressed adequately, you always have the option of private school or homeschool.
- Pray specifically against the Jezebel spirit operating through threats and intimidation.
- Stand firm. “Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.” Galatians 6:9
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. – First Amendment, U.S. Constitution
“Development over the years since has been uneven, but by 1964 the Court could say with unanimity: we consider this case against the background of a profound national commitment to the principle that debate on public issues should be uninhibited, robust, and wide-open, and that it may well include vehement, caustic, and sometimes unpleasantly sharp attacks on government and public officials

Thanks Elaine for another truth serum! More people need to read this and wake up! I stay active in voting and asking questions of my town leaders.
The most disturbing point to me, people telling on each other because they do not share their views!
